She believes art and creativity are important ways of expression, especially when it’s hard to put something into words.
Cassandra also has a special interest in working with healthcare professionals and first responders who experience mental health symptoms, burnout, and relational concerns as a result of their emotionally demanding jobs. She believes healthcare professionals and first responders work tirelessly to help others. Cassandra ultimately plans on doing research in this sector with the hopes of advocating for healthcare professionals’ and first responders’ wellbeing.
